TRIBUTE TO THE LATE MAMA GLADYS ONDIEK

With deep sorrow but immense gratitude to God, we pay tribute to the life of our beloved Mama Gladys Ondiek, a faithful servant of God and a dedicated pillar of prayer in the ministry of Dolfine Korando Faith Foundation.

Since the foundation’s inception in 1996, Mama Gladys stood steadfastly with the ministry, supporting it through fervent prayer and unwavering faith. Together with fellow prayer warrior Mama Phoebe Anjejo Nyarbwana, she faithfully carried the burdens of the ministry before the Lord, trusting Him through every challenge and every victory.

Mama Gladys was among the devoted women who earnestly prayed for the healing of Mama Dolfine during one of the most difficult periods of her life. At a time when Mama Dolfine was in unbearable pain, unable even to wear shoes because her feet were severely swollen, oozing water and infested with maggots, Mama Gladys stood in the gap. She prayed faithfully and persistently, believing in God’s healing power when the situation seemed impossible.

Throughout the years, whenever the organization faced confusion, challenges, or financial difficulties, Mama Gladys remained a dependable intercessor. She continually lifted the ministry before God, seeking His wisdom, provision, protection, and guidance.

Her compassion extended especially to the children under the care of the foundation. Whenever a child fell sick, Mama Gladys would faithfully pray for their healing and well-being.

This ministry of prayer was not merely a duty to her; it was a calling and an act of love for God and His people. She continued serving in this way until her health began to fail, memory lapses set in, and illness gradually weakened her earthly strength.

Today, as we mourn her passing, we also celebrate a life that was wholly devoted to God.

Mama Gladys leaves behind a legacy of faith, prayer, dedication, and selfless service. Her prayers have touched countless lives, strengthened the ministry, comforted the afflicted, and brought hope in moments of despair.

We shall forever remain thankful for the works of God manifested through her life. We deeply appreciate the many ways God used her over the years to bless, encourage, and uplift His people.

Though her voice has fallen silent on earth, the fruits of her prayers and faithful service will continue to speak for generations to come.

As Dolfine Korando Faith Foundation, we honor her memory, cherish her contribution, and thank God for the privilege of having walked this journey of faith alongside her.

May the Lord whom she served so faithfully grant her eternal rest, and may her legacy continue to inspire us to stand firm in prayer and service to God.
